On the way to dreamlike holidays

This is how you will reach our Hotel Bellavista on Seiser Alm

The Seiser Alm pasture is part of the Dolomites – UNESCO World Natural Heritage. In order to protect the fascinating nature at the best, private traffic is reduced on the pasture. However, there are busses as well as Seiser Alm Cable Car.

Access to the alpine pasture on the day of arrival and departure is not subject to any time restrictions.

However, a permit is required.

Transit permits are issued a few days before arrival after you have completed the Pre-Check-in and provided us with your vehicle's license plate number.

The municipal administration will then issue your authorization to drive on the road section between St. Valentin and Compatsch, valid for both your arrival and departure days.

During your stay, you are not permitted to use your vehicle between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
