Cycling & mountain biking

The Seiser Alm and the nearby Gröden Valley are a renowned bike region together. Between Seiser Alm and the lower villages, you will be offered about 600 km of bike trails with different degrees of difficulty: from simple paths without notable difference in altitude to trails with rapid descents for real experts.

Also, the lift facilities in the region offer the transport of bikes, allowing you to ascend to higher altitudes quickly. Most of the MTB tours are open from spring until late autumn – depending on the snow conditions some of the are always possible in winter.
